How to Join the Davis Farms Family

4 weeks of individualized training including:

Building positive crate habits and learning to settle comfortably.

✓ Potty-Training Foundation
Consistent outdoor potty routines and developing good habits.

✓ Basic Obedience
Introduction to name recognition, sit, come, and other foundational cues.

✓ Leash Introduction
Learning to comfortably wear a collar and leash and walk with their person.

✓ Impulse Control
Learning patience, calmness, and how to wait for what they want.

✓ Grooming & Handling
Positive exposure to brushing, handling, paws, ears, and grooming tools.

✓ Car Rides
Safe, positive experiences traveling in the car.

✓ Confidence-Building Socialization
Positive exposure to new people, sounds, surfaces, environments, and experiences.

✓ Household Manners
Learning appropriate behavior, calmness, and respectful interaction in the home.

✓ Age-Appropriate Alone Time
Gradual introduction to being alone and learning to settle independently.

Step 1:

First, contact us by sending in your puppy application. Simply click on the button below and it will direct you. 

Step 2:

We require a $500 deposit. This will hold your place on our reservation list. This deposit is non-refundable but transferable to other litters within a 12 month period. You may send in your deposit via Venmo @EMMA-DAVIS-65066.

Step 3:

Once the puppies are born, we will begin placing puppies based on desired traits. At 7 weeks old, we will confirm placement. Once confirmed, the final payment ($3,000) will be due before pickup. 

Step 4:

In the weeks leading up to meeting your pet, we will send weekly updates on puppy development and what we are working on with each puppy that week. You will be included every step of the way and informed on how to best prepare for your new companion. Photos and videos will be included, and face-time calls can be arranged.

Our 2 year Health Guarantee contract can be emailed/scanned prior to pick up or signed on pick up day.  We have a strict spay and neuter policy that is indicated on our contract page. All puppies will be sold as pet only.
